DAN SCHAFFER is the creator, writer, and illustrator of DOGWITCH.
Dan
is a writer and artist working in comics and
film. In addition to his comic work, Dan has designed CD
and DVD sleeves, book covers, band posters, film concept
art
and political
cartoons.

Dan is the co-creator and illustrator of the experimental graphic novel,
INDIGO
VERTIGO, a collaboration with British rock singer Katiejane
Garside, and writer/artist of the 96-page
graphic novel THE
SCRIBBLER, published by
Image Comics (November 2006).

SIRIUS ENTERTAINMENT published DOGWITCH bi-monthly 2002
- 2005, releasing eighteen single issues, a SPECIAL FEATURES
sketchbook, two portfolios, two t-shirts, two posters and
various prints. Sirius also published the first two trade
paperback collections, DIRECT TO VIDEO and TWISTED.
The
third tade paperback collection, MOOD SWINGS, is
published by IMAGE COMICS. Due for release in 2008.
